Yes, we understand very well that you have some questions about a doppio before you buy it. Everyone is welcome to come by one of our doppio stores where we can explain everything to you. But of course you can also contact us directly if you have any questions.
You can order a doppio in two ways; with the doppio configurator you can customize your doppio to your liking. Go through all the steps of the configurator and add the product to your shopping cart. You can then complete the order via the checkout.
A doppio classico connected can also be ordered without the configurator. You only have to select your color and battery. Then add the product to the shopping cart by clicking the ‘Add to cart’ button. The same goes for all doppio accessories. Once in the shopping cart, choose a shipping method and proceed to the Checkout.
Yes, you sure can! For business customers we offer the possibility to customize the bike. All doppios can be provided with the company logo and even painted in other colours. Additional costs will be charged for this. Please contact us directly to discuss the possibilities.
If in stock, the delivery time of a doppio takes 2 to 3 weeks. This is because we like our bikes to have the proper quality and safety checks before we send them out to customers.
Because we make every doppio completely roadworthy for every customer, the delivery time of a doppio (when in stock) is 2-3 weeks on average. We give your new doppio a lot of attention to ensure that it drives wonderfully as soon as you get on the bike.
As soon as you have ordered a doppio, our technicians will get to work to get your doppio ready. This means that the bicycle is built with the accessories and settings of your choice. When the bike is ready, you will receive an email from us, after which you can agree on a delivery date. On this day we will ensure that your doppio is ready to be picked up or we will personally deliver it to your shipping address.
We recommend scheduling the first service within 3 months or when you have driven 500 km. Just what comes first. After that, an annual service to keep your doppio tiptop in order is recommended.
During a service (or maintenance) our technicians carry out a number of activities on your doppio to keep it safe, economical and in good condition. This way your doppio stays in good condition for longer and you can enjoy it longer.

Customer can make use of doppio Service. However, there are costs associated with this service.
All repairs that fall under the warranty are of course at our expense! Such as, for example, a defect in the electronics or a battery that does not function properly.
All other repairs are at the customer’s expense. Think of a flat tire or a chain that has come to an end.

- There is a 2 year warranty on the battery and electrical parts.*
- 1 year warranty applies to parts.
- There is a 5-year warranty on the frame and front fork.
*The decrease in battery capacity is not covered by the warranty.
Yes, for the business market we have a partnership with Lease a bike. At the beginning of 2020, a new bicycle plan was launched with which employers can easily make a company doppio available. As an employee you only pay a few euros per month for the lease. Every type of company qualifies for this arrangement, so both large BVs, NVs, but also associations, foundations and natural persons such as self-employed persons or a VOF. The arrangement applies to permanent employees as well as employees with a fixed-term contract.
Does the display come on when you press the middle button (3 seconds) on the left control unit?
- Check if your battery is charged.
- Check that the battery is in the ‘on’ position (switch on the end of the battery).
- Check whether the battery is properly inserted and whether it is locked.

Check the rotation sensor on the right pedal. When you pedal, does a red light appear there?
If so, check if the disc is close enough to the sensor.
Is there no red light at the rotation sensor?
Contact the doppio service center.The rotation sensor may be defective.

Do you have a service agreement with ANWB or Kinpolis?
Contact ANWB or Kingpolis to have it fixed.
Is the inside tire broken and it can’t be fixed?
Order a new inside tire online, the needed size is 20 inch.
Are you not sure how to solve your problem?
Contact the doppio service center.We’ll send someone your way to replace your tire. There are additional costs associated with this.
We have two options for this
The standard buddyseat may not be high enough for you. We have customized buddyseats in multiple sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL) available so you can sit higher or lower. Uncertain about the size? Please contact our customer service.
It is also possible that your steering wheel isn’t configured correctly for you. We can install a straight handlebar on your doppio so you don’t have to stretch your arms as much. Make an appointment at the doppio service center.
With new doppio’s we always advice to have your first service within 3 months, or 500 km. We can then fix problems like squeeky brakes.
