Not satisfied with your doppio? Too bad! But that can happen. Of course, with an electric bike you can’t determine immediately whether you’re satisfied with a purchase. That’s why we are flexible when it comes to our returns policy. You can return your doppio within 14 days without any questions asked.
Returns FAQ's
When you return a doppio at our service center in Amstelveen we only charge a service fee of €100. We need to bring the bike back into a sellable state and are not able to sell bike as new anymore.
If you want us to pick up your doppio, we will have to charge a collection fee. These costs depend on the pick-up location you have provided. Always contact our support team first.
All returns must be sent to our service center in Amstelveen so that we can carry out a return inspection there.
When we receive your return shipment, we will process it. We check the return shipment for any damage. When this check has been performed, we will refund the amount of the returned products to your account or credit card as soon as possible, but within 14 days at the latest.
