Not satisfied with your doppio? Too bad! But that can happen. Of course, with an electric bike you can’t immediately determine whether you’re satisfied with a purchase. That’s why we are flexible when it comes to our returns policy. You can return your doppio within 14 days without any questions asked.
When you return a doppio at our service center in Amstelveen there are no extra costs involved. If you want us to pick up your doppio, we will charge a collection fee. These costs depend on the pick-up location you have provided. Always contact support team first.
When we receive your return shipment, we will process it. We check the return shipment for any damage. When this check has been performed, we will refund the amount of the returned products to your account or credit card as soon as possible, but within 14 days at the latest.
