Pick-up Service

How does the pick-up service work?

On-site service has changed to a doppio pick-up service to help as many customers as possible faster. We will pick up your doppio, provide it with the necessary service (at the Service Center) and bring it back to you.

As soon as the repair is complete, we will send you a message and you can pick up the bicycle from us or we can reschedule an appointment so that your bicycle is brought home. The same rates apply for return as for collection.

Costs of Pick-up Service

For our pick-up service we charge the following call-out costs

These costs are charged on top of the regular service cost of €120.

No one present during pick up

In the event that no one is present (and unreachable by phone) when we come to pick up your doppio, we are forced to charge you the call-out costs.
