This Urban Mobility Privacy Statement applies to the collection, use and other forms of processing of personal data by Urban Mobility B.V. in connection with our services, Urban Mobility brand products and this website. Information you provide

This is the data that you enter yourself when you visit our websites or use our products or services. This data includes, for example, your name, address, place of residence, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, age, date of birth, Urban Mobility products that you have purchased, the account name and passwords that you create, bank details for paying Urban Mobility products, etc.

Data collected through sensors

Many products are equipped with one or more sensors or use the sensors of the devices on which the products run. Examples of sensors are GPS receivers, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth receivers, a camera and touchscreens.

In accordance with the purposes, the data collected through the sensors about you and the devices used will be sent to Urban Mobility and other parties for further processing.

Metadata

This is data that is collected or automatically generated while you use Urban Mobility’s websites, products or services. Metadata is often collected or generated when you use a computing device or when you transmit data over a computer network, such as the Internet. This data includes data that you use in the user interface and during other device activities, as well as IP addresses, unique device identifiers, MAC addresses of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, cookies, and data from computer activities.

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
DOPPIO BIKES (Urban Mobility B.V. Laan van Kronenburg 14 1183 AS, The Netherlands) is the legal person responsible for all collection and all processing of your personal data in connection with Urban Mobility’s branded products, services and websites.

doppio Bikes is part of Urban Mobilty B.V. and its affiliated companies. Urban Mobility B.V. is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and the security of the personal data you share with us.

How do we share or transfer your personal data?

Urban Mobility BV may share your personal data with external parties to perform certain activities on behalf of Urban Mobility BV. Other than described in this Privacy Statement, Urban Mobility will not sell, rent, lease or offer your personal data to third parties to use your personal data for their own purposes. Urban Mobility requires these external parties to carefully process and protect your personal data.

Urban Mobility BV can sell (part of) a company to another company. If such business is related to Urban Mobility BV, such transfer of ownership may include the transfer of your personal data to the new owner.

After you have used the opt-out option or deleted your account, your personal data will be deleted within a reasonable period of time. We have a retention period policy for this and only keep the personal data that is necessary for compliance with legal obligations, the settlement of disputes and the enforcement of our agreements.

Children
We recommend that parents take an active role in monitoring the online activity of their children under the age of 16. Urban Mobility BV will under no circumstances attempt to collect personal data from children and will under no circumstances consciously communicate with children. However, if we need to communicate with a child, we will provide the parent or legal guardian with the opportunity to consent before using the child’s personal information, unless we are merely responding to a child’s question or request.

We may change this Urban Mobility Privacy Statement from time to time. We will inform you about changes to our Privacy Statement, but we also recommend that you consult this Privacy Statement regularly. This Privacy Statement was last amended on February 18, 2021.
